The coconut Oil is extracted from premium quality coconut grown at our farm using cow dung and urine as fertilizer which makes it pesticide and chemical-free. coconuts are harvested manually and once dried properly, they undergo the process. Oil is extracted using a wooden ‘Kachi Ghani’ machine using wooden pressure. This process is carried out at an ambient temperature and no additional heat treatment is involved to maintain the quality of the product.

The obtained oil is thick (viscous), opaque and aromatic in nature which makes it freshness alive throughout.

Coconut oil is a versatile cooking medium. It enhances the taste of all south indian dishes.

Coconut oil is now being extensively used in baking even in the west. It works really well in cakes and cookies.

It is a tasty medium for cooking dosa, paniyaram, oothappam etc

A quick tadka with this oil gives a traditional sambar, rasam, pulissery, poriyal and south indian style curries using seafood; a big burst of flavour and aroma.
